Block Library

Client and editor reference for the Imagine Pediatrics design system. This page shows every custom block, every supported custom block style, live-site-only variants, and the theme’s custom-styled core blocks — with sample content that mirrors live-site pages wherever possible.

How to use this page. Jump from the Contents list to any specimen. Each heading uses the same name that appears in the WordPress block inserter. The yellow note under each heading lists the technical block name plus the exact style or field values used in that sample. Prefer these patterns when adding or editing marketing pages; unsupported one-off layouts are intentionally omitted.

This URL is published for visual QA and handoff, but marked noindex so search engines do not list it. Some specimens need seeded posts, Media Library attachments, or external services (forms, Greenhouse, Vimeo); those notes call out any incomplete chrome. Regenerated from content-migration/scripts/build-blocks-showcase.mjs.

Every child’s health journey looks different

Children with special health care needs have experiences that can look very different from one child to another. A child’s needs may look different depending on their medical condition, age and stage of development, mental health, home and family, and access to healthcare and community support. Most children with special health care needs have more than one condition and need care across several areas at a time. Their needs often fall into three categories: medical care, mental health care, and social support.

What We Do

We provide 24/7 virtual and in-home care for children and youth with special health care needs. Our pediatrician-led team has doctors, advanced practice providers, nurses, therapists, pharmacists, and other clinical staff who work closely together. And our technology helps us deliver care that is personalized for each patient, creating more Safe Days at Home for the families we serve.

We don’t replace a child’s existing care team. We work with them to expand access to care for those children that need it most. We engage and coordinate with caregivers, health plans, providers, and community partners to expand access to specialized pediatric care.

Hear from Caregivers and Partners

Kelli’s Story

Imagine Pediatrics showed up in a time of crisis, and for the first time in their lives, I didn’t have to take my boys to the ER. Any time something comes up with my boys, either medically or psychiatrically, Imagine Pediatrics is now my first call.

Kelli, mother and caregiver

This partnership with Imagine Pediatrics is so unique and special and it makes such a big difference in the lives of our members. When you look at Kelli’s story, it’s so impactful because you realize the difference we can make in the lives of our members and their families when we come together for the common good.

The Challenge — Grouped Sample

14.5 million Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) in the U.S. account for 50% of pediatric spend and are currently served by a fragmented, uncoordinated, and inaccessible system — leading to high utilization and suboptimal outcomes.

Barriers to Effective Care — Grouped Sample

What This Means for Clinicians — Grouped Sample

  • Multiple specialists and services create an endless maze of care management tasks and administrative burdens.
  • Polypharmacy and technology dependence require extensive reconciliation and education.
  • Higher re-hospitalization rates impact care quality, providers, and medical costs.
  • Overburdened caregivers face increasing stress and dissatisfaction.
