Imagine Pediatrics was founded in 2022 with a vision of creating a world where every child with special health care needs gets the care and support they deserve.
What We Do
We provide 24/7 virtual and in-home care for children and youth with special health care needs. Our pediatrician-led team has doctors, advanced practice providers, nurses, therapists, pharmacists, and other clinical staff who work closely together. And our technology helps us deliver care that is personalized for each patient, creating more Safe Days at Home for the families we serve.
We don’t replace a child’s existing care team. We work with them to expand access to care for those children that need it most. We engage and coordinate with caregivers, health plans, providers, and community partners to expand access to specialized pediatric care.

We deliver pediatric value-based care to children with special health care needs. In value-based care, we succeed when the child succeeds – which means we’re truly invested in the family’s wellbeing, not just treating problems when they come up. Families have a dedicated team that gets to know each child personally and works to prevent health issues before they become serious. We’re able to deliver personalized care because we’re focused on overall outcomes, not just single visits, tests, and procedures. This approach means more time for the care that really matters and fewer stressful trips to the emergency room.
